Youth Zone

Youth Zone

We are so excited that SHAPE Summer Fest 2022 is returning to Sandwell Valley on 16th July 2022 – and this year we will have a Youth Zone featuring lots of different activities including the ones listed below.

Please keep checking back to this page, as we upload more activities!

Young Traders’ Market

The Young Traders’ Market at SHAPE Summer Fest will run as part of the national Young Traders’ Market programme, where entrepreneurs aged between 16 and 30 get the opportunity to sell their goods.

Anyone taking part can have a stall for free at our market on Saturday 16th July 2022 at Sandwell Valley, as well as be in with the chance of entering the national Young Traders’ Competition, run by the National Market Traders Federation (NMTF).

Wolverhampton will be hosting the regional final of the competition on 6 August, ahead of a national final in Stratford-upon-Avon on 26 and 27 August. You can find out more about other local and regional events here.

To register to have a free stall at our event, please complete the application form here!

You can also read NMTF’s ‘Spring In To Markets’ guide here.

Please Note:

  • As SHAPE Summer Fest is a festival for young people and families, no alcohol or tobacco traders will be accepted
