Hop on the youth bus – your space to connect, create & chill!

Are you aged 11–19 and looking for something fun, creative, and supportive to do in Sandwell over half term? The Youth Bus is here for you!
Run by Sandwell Council, the Youth Bus offers young people activities featuring the latest technology including a mini recording studio, a sensory area, a virtual reality offer, smart TVs and gaming consoles including EA26.
You can visit the youth bus on the following days but on Tuesday we are hosting a full activity day including the bus, sports, arts and crafts, competitions and much more:
- Monday 27 October
- Sandwell Aquatic Centre, Smethwick 11.30am – 1.30pm
- New Square, West Bromwich 2pm – 4pm
- Tuesday 28 October
- Activity Day at Victoria Park, Tipton 12pm – 4pm
- Wednesday 29 October
- Tibbington Estate, Tipton 1pm – 3pm
- Thursday 30th October
- Brunswick Park, Wednesbury 2.30pm – 4.30pm
- Friday 31st October
- Brandhall Labour Club, Oldbury 12.30pm – 2.30pm
- Britannia Park, Rowley Regis 3pm – 5pm
Go Play Sandwell – free activities for children and young people
Go Play Sandwell provides free, valuable and high quality play experiences for the children and young people aged 6 – 12 years old (or up to 16 for children with SEND) in Sandwell. Our play sessions and events take place at a variety of venues across the borough – look for us in green spaces, community centres, libraries and museums, indoors and outdoors all year round!
Our inclusive services support and empower children (and their grownups) to access play within the local community, fostering self worth, confidence and emotional resilience.

Free family activities in Sandwell this half term
The Choices Team help families make memories together. We will support your whole family to create lifelong habits to live a happier life. You can spend quality time together whilst discovering new activities and healthy eating options.
Free family activities are available across Sandwell and are free to access. Our half term programme is packed with fun stuff including pumpkin picking, a family activity day, Padel and badminton sessions, shop tours and Halloween craft with food.
