Sandwell Youth Service are inviting any young person residing in Sandwell aged 11-19 years (up to 25 years for those with SEND) to take part in an anti knife-crime T-shirt design competition! We want you to come to Oldbury Council House and visit the Knife Angel, before taking inspiration to produce your anti-knife crime T-shirt design.
Follow these simple steps to enter the competition:
There will be six winning designs selected from the competition, one submitted from each of Sandwell’s towns: Tipton, Rowley Regis, Smethwick, West Bromwich, Oldbury and Wednesbury.
The last date for competition entries to be received is Sunday 20 October 2024. Any entries received after this date will not be considered as part of the competition.
Terms and Conditions:
If your entry is selected as a winning design, you will be contacted via the contact email/ phone number submitted with your design.
The winners will be announced at the Closing Ceremony on 29 October 2024 outside Oldbury Council House. If you enter the competition, you must be available to attend the ceremony between 4pm and 6pm.
The winning designs may be tweaked slightly to make them suitable for printing. The colour of the t-shirt will be chosen by Eurox, depending on the design selected.
If you have submitted a digital copy of your design, please keep the original as we may need this copy if you are selected as a winner to enable a high quality t-shirt print.
